Precision metal and plastic parts in low-volume production come from CNC machining with PPAP-level inspection.
For thermoplastic production runs, plastic injection moulding is the workhorse process for OEM programs.
Aluminium and zinc die casting covers metal housings and structural parts in OEM programs above 5,000 pieces.
Flat panels and enclosures in OEM programs are stamped, formed and welded in our sheet metal shop.
Soft and production tooling covers 50-5,000 piece bridge runs before hardened tools are amortised.
